Body Alchemy is a locally rooted wellness studio and healing arts collective in West Sedona, created to support authentic transformation—through touch, breath, presence and connection. We offer massage therapy, energy work, yoga, sound healing, breathwork, astrology, and intuitive guidance, all grounded in the belief that care should be intentional, personal and deeply nourishing.
At Body Alchemy, we believe that healing begins with how we care for ourselves as therapists and practitioners. Our business is built around the well-being of the practitioners who hold space for others every day. When therapists are supported, seen, and empowered, they are able to offer their most present, passionate, and skillful work—and that energy naturally extends to every client we serve.

Founded in 2021 by Anne Lantry, Body Alchemy began as a dream to create something deeper than a service menu—a sanctuary where both clients and practitioners could experience growth, connection, and care that feels like coming home. Today, that dream continues to grow into a shared space where self-care becomes a way of life, and healing becomes something we rise into, together.

Body Alchemy is a boutique wellness sanctuary designed for deeply personal care. Unlike larger spas, there’s no front desk or waiting room—just you and your therapist (or two therapists if you’ve booked as a couple or small group). This creates an intimate, focused environment where every detail is about your comfort and healing.
Our studio has two private treatment rooms with a shared bathroom, located in a charming business complex just off West Sedona’s main street. The space is easy to find, with plenty of parking. Inside, natural fibers, solid wood furnishings, and metals create a grounded atmosphere, enhanced by the presence of over twenty thriving live plants. Natural light flows through the rooms and is complemented by soft lamp lighting, adding to the serene environment.
We keep the space energetically and physically clean, with organic cotton linens, therapeutic-grade essential oils, and a commitment to natural, high-quality materials.
Body Alchemy is more than a business—it’s a way of life. The therapists here are devoted to health and wellness in their own lives, so the healing offered is genuine, shared from lived experience.
