PRACTICE POLICIES
Booking and Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve sessions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You may cancel your reservation within 48 hours of booking to receive a refund, provided your appointment is scheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
All refunds incur a 5% processing fee.
In-Studio Appointments:
Massage appointments can be rescheduled at no extra charge with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. The new appointment must be within 90 days of the original.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours require full payment.
Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their appointment, with full payment still required.
No-shows constitute a cancellation without notice.
Mobile Appointments
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the reservation are refundable, minus a 5% credit card fee.
For cancellations between 72 hours and 14 days before the reservation, deposits are non-refundable, but no additional payment is required.
Cancellations within 72 hours require full payment.
For partial cancellations within 72 hours, you are welcome to split the time among the remaining members of your group.
For cancellations otherwise nonrefundable, we are happy to refund your deposit minus a 5% processing fee if we can rebook the time with other guests for the same duration.
No-shows are treated as cancellations without notice.
